| This program allows you to have simultaneously open as many icq accounts as you want. It can be used as
a powerful 'weapon', if used professionally, of course :)) when i was using it, it came up with some glitches, but they were relatively easy to bypass it copies your original icq folder to a new location while preserving some of the icq system settings. to launch a 'new' copy of icq, just open the folder that has been created and launch icq.exe.
